DIET Purba Medinipur (2 nd Campus) was established as PTTI under BRGF scheme on 22/08/2017 at Vill: Sonamui, P.S- Mondarmoni Costal, Block: Ramnagar II, Dist: Purba Medinipur. Later this institute was renamed as DIET Purba Medinipur (2 nd Campus) vide memo no: 613-ES(EE)/SCERT-12/18 dated 21/08/2019
